Creative Web Designs offers a 30-day money back guarantee on our hosting services. If within the first 30 days of hosting you are not satisfied, we will cancel your account and refund you your money. We must receive written notification (via email or regular mail) within the first 30 days of hosting. Notification received after the first 30 days will not qualify for any refunds.

Refund Policy for Web Design, Graphics and Related Services:

Creative Web Designs requires 50% of the estimated project for services relating to Graphics, Web Design and Development. 50% of the total projected cost is due before we can begin work. This money is non-refundable. The remainder of the balance is due upon the completion of the site. This money is also non-refundable.

All sales on domain names, domain name renewals and maintenance agreements are final and non-refundable.
